Before starting Millan Property Services, I was helping my mother-in-law manage her properties—her home, rentals, and even house flips.

On one of her final projects, she hired a contractor to handle the work, but the quality just wasn’t there. Much of it had to be redone, and it created a lot of stress for everyone involved.

With everything that was happening—and the stress it caused—she ended up facing a serious health issue. At that point, I had to step in and take over the project.

I managed everything myself—fixing mistakes, finishing the renovation, and making sure the job was done the right way.

That Experience Changed Things.

That experience stayed with me.

I saw firsthand how stressful it can be when a project isn’t handled properly—lack of communication, poor quality work, mistakes that have to be redone, and projects dragging on longer than they should.

And I knew I didn’t want other homeowners to go through that.
